The Client

VYM Canarias is one of the largest real estate agencies on the south coast of Tenerife. The team have been working since 2010 and specialize in the sale of residential and commercial real estate in Tenerife: apartments, townhouses, villas and land plots, as well as office and retail premises.


The –°hallenge

As a leading real estate agency in Tenerife, VYM Canarias needed a system that would help to be efficient in managing the growing database of buyers, owners and 700+ properties and businesses for sale and rent in Tenerife.

The properties needed to be automatically published and updated on multiple websites and a series of global real estate portals. The customer required a comprehensive and powerful reporting tailored to its unique business workflow.

VYM Canarias also needed a new website that will be easy to use on any mobile and desktop device, optimized for search engines and synchronized with the CRM. The solution had to be delivered within a limited amount of time to make it ready for the real estate season. It was the time to digitalize the process.

The Solution

In EVOCODE, the client found a team that understood their business and was ready to implement the solution against the demanding timeline.

Considering the limited timeframe we immediately started interviewing the client to learn about the specifics of the business advising the client on every step to make the system comprehensive and easy to use while not compromising on features.

Shortly after getting a complete picture of the customer's workflow EVOCODE came up with a technical specification and a full-size interactive mockup for the future CRM system and the websites. The mockup allowed the customer to experience the future solution almost like a real CRM, discuss the system with the team members from different departments, adjust the workflow, and align the direction of development.

The range of services required to deliver the end-to-end solution included business analysis, product design, user experience and user interface design, software architecture, full-stack software development, quality assurance, IT consulting and support.

The Results

The full solution was delivered against the challenging deadline and completely satisfied the requirements. The VYM Canarias team was able to migrate the existing database of properties and clients to the new system, publish properties on the new website and the real estate portals. It allowed the client to be ready for the real estate season on time and become more effective in managing the process and closing more real estate deals.

VYM Canarias enhanced its brand recognition with a fresh look of the new website. The improved user experience helped the visitors to find desired properties and book a showing at a convenient time just in a few clicks.
